ANDREA BURNS

Andrea is a Wichita State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and a current associate of NKBA. She brings a wealth of passion and expertise to the world of design. Hailing from Wichita, KS, her love for design has been a lifelong journey, starting from her early days rearranging furniture throughout her childhood home, much to her parents dismay.

With  years of professional experience in the interior design industry, Andrea has contributed her creative touch to a diverse array of projects, spanning residential homes, commercial spaces, and custom kitchens and baths.  She meticulously attends to every detail of the design process, from selecting color palettes and materials to optimizing spatial layouts. She is skilled at collaborating with contractors during the construction phase -all the way to furnishings and final layers.

 

Andrea's design philosophy is carefully woven with intention, as she collaborates directly with clients to uncover their needs and everyday lifestyle through innovative design techniques. The outcome is a unique space that not only reflects her clients' personalities but also breathes life into their surroundings, capturing the essence of who they are within the fabric of their homes. 

 

Drawing inspiration from a myriad of design styles and her travels globally, Andrea has cultivated a versatile design aesthetic. This range allows her to cater to various project requirements and client preferences.  Her ultimate goal is to create environments that evoke emotions and leave a lasting impression.

 

In addition to design, Andrea finds joy in activities like traveling, snowboarding, hiking, buying too many shoes, and snuggling up with her dachshund mix- Duffy.
